4、senic,aretoxictohumanbodyTheyCanaccumulateinvariousorganismswhichdogreatharmtothebodies.Manymethodshadbeendevolopedforthedeterminationofmetals,forexample,atomicabsorptionspectrometry(AAS),graphitefumaceatomicabsorptionSpectrometry(GFAAS),atomicemissionspectrometry(aES),voltammetryand
5、inductivelycoupledplasmamassspectrometry(ICP-MS)etc.Thoughtheabovemethodsmentionedareofhighsensitivityandaccuracy,theshortagesarealsoexistsobviously,eg.theapparatusareexpensive,theoperationaretimeconsuming.So,thedevelopmentofthesemethodswouldbelimitedonacertainextent.Thecatalytically
6、kineticspectrophotometryhasgoodsensitivity,excellentselectivity,simpleprocedure,andeasyoperation.Itisoneofthemostefficaciousmethodsinthemeasurementoftracemetalelement.Inthethesis,themeasurementsoftracechromium(VI)andvanadium(V)wereestablishedwithkineticspectrophotometry,andtheirreact
