2、ndustry.Bytaking5years—oldCabernetsauvignon,fieldexperimentsandlaboratoryanalysisweredesignedtoinvestigatetheinfluenceofdifferentmicrobialagentsanditsapplicationratetothephysical,chemicalandbiologicalfeaturesoftheearth,aswellastheinfluencetothegrowthofwinegra

3、pe,nutrientsuptake,yieldandquality,inordertoestablishfertilizerapplicationsuitablefortheEasternfootofHelanMountain.Weprovidedthescientificbasisforhigheryield,betterquality,moreefficientlyandmoresafeproductionofwinegrapewithalongtimeview.Theresultsshowedthat:1

4、.Applicationoftwokindsofmicrobialagentscouldimprovethephysicalpropertiesandtotalnitrogencontents,alsoincreasethesoilenzymeactivityandthenumberofsoilmicroorganism.ThebestwereBacillusmucilaginosus0.5kg/667mzandBrevibacilluslaterosporus1.0kg/667m2。2.Twomicrobial

5、agentscouldeffectivelypromotethegrowthofgrapes.ThetreatmentofBacillusmucilaginosus0.5kg/667mzaffectedoptimum.ComparedwithCK,newshootlength,grapeshootdiameterandhundred—grainweightimproved27。84%,16.67%and7.78%.ThenextwasBrevibacilluslaterosporus1.5kg/667mz.Com

6、paredwithCK,newshootlength,grapeshootdiameter,andhundred—grainweightimproved35.71%,11.67%,and8.54%.3.Microbialagentscouldimproveleafphotosyntheticefficiently.ThebestwereBacillusmucilaginosus1.0kg/667m2andBrevibacilluslaterosporus1.5kg/667m2.Thenetphotosynthet

7、icratewasimproved2.56%、15.38%.4.Bacillusmucilaginosus0.5kg/667m2impactedgrapequality.Totalsolublesugar,anthocyaninsandtotalphenolicswereincreasedby18.53%,34.52%,and27.43%.ThenextwasBrevibacilluslaterosporus1.0kg/667m2.ComparedwithCK,totalsolublesugar,anthocya
