1、中文摘要鋁合金點(diǎn)焊作為一種行之有效的焊接方法,在汽車、航空、航天產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。目前,點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng)主要是使用單參數(shù)檢測點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量,這種檢測技術(shù)主要是根據(jù)點(diǎn)焊過程中檢測信息的某一特征量與質(zhì)量參數(shù)之間建立~一對應(yīng)的關(guān)系來間接的檢測焊點(diǎn)質(zhì)量。但是由于電阻點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量影響因素多,因此以往單一或較少的焊接參數(shù)作為檢測依據(jù)會產(chǎn)生很大的誤差。為了克服單參數(shù)檢測技術(shù)的不足,充分利用點(diǎn)焊過程各種參數(shù)所提供的熔核質(zhì)量信息,本文構(gòu)建了以焊接磁場、焊接電壓、電極位移作為鋁合金點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量評定特征信息的質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用LabVlEW作為數(shù)據(jù)采集軟件,利用四通道高速同步數(shù)據(jù)采集
2、卡,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鋁合金點(diǎn)焊過程中焊接磁場、焊接電壓和電極位移信號的同步采集。在數(shù)據(jù)分析與處理上,采用相關(guān)分析法提取磁場信號特征值;使用非線性理論分析焊接電壓和電極位移信號,首先利用Lyapunov指數(shù)驗(yàn)證信.號包含混沌特性,然后利用分形理論的盒維數(shù)來提取特征量,最后利用模糊控制方法對各特征值進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)融合和質(zhì)量判斷。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,本檢測系統(tǒng)能夠高速準(zhǔn)確采集鋁合金點(diǎn)焊過程的多個特征信號,并能有效反映焊接過程中焊點(diǎn)熔核的變化,對焊點(diǎn)質(zhì)量做出準(zhǔn)確判斷,可以滿足點(diǎn)焊過程質(zhì)量檢測的要求。關(guān)鍵詞:點(diǎn)焊:鋁合金;LabVIEW;混沌理論;模糊控制ABSTRACTABSTRACTAluminu
