3、elephonyintegration(CTI)technologyisrapidlyattractingattention.Consequently,thefollowingtwoplatformshavebeendeveloped:theCX-CTI/CallCenterwhichoperatesinacallcenter,andtheCTNET-Serverforofficeuse.TheCX-CTI/CallCenterimprovescustomersatisfactionandproductivitybyutilizingPBX(privatebranchexchange

4、)andtelephones,whiletheCTNET-Server,basedonWindowsNT,?1improvesofficeproductivity.INTRODUCTIONapplicationprogramminginterface(API)hasTODAY,whenthematurityoftheeconomyhasacceleratedthoseactivities.Hitachi,Ltd.havecoupledwiththeincreaseincompetitionamongdevelopedtwoplatforms,theCX-CTI/CallCentera
