2、0名員工及他們的直接主管進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,得到以下主要研究結(jié)論:(I)變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)組織公民行為、任務(wù)績(jī)效和適應(yīng)性績(jī)效具有正向的預(yù)測(cè)作用,并且這種預(yù)測(cè)作用主要來(lái)自于變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中的個(gè)性化關(guān)懷行為。(2)變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一成員交換關(guān)系有顯著影響。(3)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)·成員交換關(guān)系對(duì)組織公民行為、任務(wù)績(jī)效和適應(yīng)性績(jī)效的變異具有解釋作用。(4)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一成員交換關(guān)系在變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)組織公民行為與任務(wù)績(jī)效的預(yù)測(cè)中起到部分中介作用。(5)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一成員交換關(guān)系在變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)適應(yīng)性績(jī)效的預(yù)測(cè)中起到完全中介作用。(6)組織公民行為對(duì)工作績(jī)
