1、摘要近年來,隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及扁平化組織結(jié)構(gòu)的同益盛行,團(tuán)隊(duì)作為一種新興的組織形式越來越受到企業(yè)的青睞。組織公民行為是員工表現(xiàn)出來的對(duì)組織有利的自發(fā)性行為,團(tuán)隊(duì)成員表現(xiàn)出來的組織公民行為對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)績效的產(chǎn)生也起到相當(dāng)重要的作用。通過對(duì)以往研究的回顧可以看出,以往對(duì)于組織公民行為的研究絕大多數(shù)集中在組織公民行為形成的原因和帶來的后果上,但是關(guān)于團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)成員的組織公民行為及其對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)績效影響的研究卻比較少。而且以往的研究往往只是停留在理論層面,簡單介紹國外組織公民行為研究狀況或著重討論組織公民行為在中國文化背景下
2、的維度、結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容,很少有面向中國企業(yè)的具體工作團(tuán)隊(duì)考察組織公民行為對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績效的影響。本文在研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,選取了青島地區(qū)6家企業(yè)中的30個(gè)工作團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,通過對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷的方式收集一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),并利用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,使所提假設(shè)得到了驗(yàn)證。在此基礎(chǔ)上又通過兩個(gè)具有代表性的案例對(duì)實(shí)證分析進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充,為組織公民行為對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)績效的影響研究增加了說服性。最后針對(duì)目前企業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)中存在的具體問題,從團(tuán)隊(duì)成員個(gè)人素質(zhì)、團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為以及團(tuán)隊(duì)過程三個(gè)層面提出了團(tuán)隊(duì)成員組織公民行為的優(yōu)化策略。關(guān)鍵詞
