1、石油化工2014年第43卷第10期PETR0CHEMICALTECHN0L0GY·1165·塔河原油輕質(zhì)化脫碳組合工藝的研究寧愛(ài)民,沈本賢,劉紀(jì)昌,仝玉軍(1.化學(xué)工程聯(lián)合國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室華東理工大學(xué),上海200237;2.中國(guó)石化撫順石油化工研究院,遼寧撫順113001)[摘要]塔河原油屬于含硫中間基原油,酸值(KOH)達(dá)N2.46megg,常減壓裝置難以獲得較高收率的輕餾分油。針對(duì)塔河原油的特點(diǎn),提出常壓閃蒸一溶劑脫瀝青輕質(zhì)化脫碳組合工藝,以期避免石油酸高溫腐蝕問(wèn)題及常壓渣油催化裂化加工的重金屬含量高、殘?zhí)苛扛叩膯?wèn)題。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,適宜的常壓閃蒸溫度為260cC

7、osphericflashevaporation;solventdeasphalting近年來(lái),隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展和環(huán)保法規(guī)溶劑脫瀝青是一種純物理抽提過(guò)程,可在較的日益嚴(yán)格,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)清潔燃料的需求大幅低的溫度下進(jìn)行,沒(méi)有破壞原有重質(zhì)油的結(jié)構(gòu),脫度增長(zhǎng)。但是原油資源的重質(zhì)化和劣質(zhì)化越來(lái)越瀝青油的收率高H。溶劑脫瀝青能使渣油中的瀝青明顯?,可供選擇的輕質(zhì)原油數(shù)量逐步減少,對(duì)于質(zhì)、金屬等雜質(zhì)濃縮于瀝青中,得到的脫瀝青油具煉油企業(yè),大力發(fā)展重質(zhì)劣質(zhì)原油加工和開(kāi)發(fā)清潔有雜質(zhì)含量低、裂化性能好等特點(diǎn),脫油瀝青是制化生產(chǎn)工藝是今后重要的發(fā)展方向J。重油輕質(zhì)化取瀝青產(chǎn)品或造
