1、液體原料自動稱重配料系統(tǒng)(硬件設(shè)計)摘要本論文在分析了國內(nèi)外稱重技術(shù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,著重對一個用于工業(yè)控制且功能較齊全的自動稱重系統(tǒng)進行設(shè)計。隨著自動化和管理現(xiàn)代化的進展,自動在線稱重在整個稱重系統(tǒng)中有了很大的發(fā)展。因此,進一步采用新技術(shù),開發(fā)各種自動稱重系統(tǒng)和提高稱重的準確度已經(jīng)成為了多數(shù)國家科技發(fā)展的重中之重。自動配料控制系統(tǒng)主要由單片機控制器、電機驅(qū)動電路等組成,主要工作原理是用壓力傳感器進行物料的重量測量,傳感器把物料的重量轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號,經(jīng)AD轉(zhuǎn)換芯片把信號送入單片機進行處理,再由單片機發(fā)出物料已
2、秤足重量的信號去控制步進電機的工作。本論文所設(shè)計的自動稱重系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用于工業(yè)上的液體原料自動稱重中的,它的實現(xiàn)有兩個過程,第一階段由步進電機帶動水泵抽水給料,這一階段可看成為粗調(diào)過程,給料重量一定要小于額定重量。第二階段由步進電機帶動水泵抽水進料,可看成是細調(diào)過程,使實際重量等于要求的額定重量。本稱重系統(tǒng)采用單片機STC89C54為控制核心,實現(xiàn)稱重儀的基本控制功能。本系統(tǒng)通過應(yīng)用傳感器,各種芯片及單片機使得該稱重系統(tǒng)的實際操作性更強,便于應(yīng)用于工業(yè)上。關(guān)鍵詞:STC89C54單片機;步進電機;傳感器;額定
