1、柴油機(jī)氣缸體三面鉆削組合機(jī)床總體及左主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)摘要:本課題設(shè)計(jì)了ZH1105W柴油機(jī)氣缸體臥式三面鉆削組合機(jī)床。課題來源于江動集團(tuán)。該組合機(jī)床是針對ZH1105W柴油機(jī)體左、右、后三個(gè)面上31個(gè)孔多工序加工,生產(chǎn)率低,位置精度誤差大的問題而設(shè)計(jì)的。ZH1105W氣缸體三面鉆床的設(shè)計(jì),主要是為了提高加工效率和質(zhì)量、降低加工成本。根據(jù)被加工工件的特點(diǎn)以及加工工藝的要求,進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)。選定了定位基準(zhǔn),確定了機(jī)床的配置形式以及工件的定位夾緊方案,選擇了合適的切削用量、刀具及動力部件??傮w設(shè)計(jì)主要是繪制被加工零件工序圖、
