1、污水處理廠初步設計方案摘要本設計是天津市某開發(fā)區(qū)污水處理廠的初步設計和施工圖設計。該處理廠處理城市污水。水質較復雜:懸浮物(SS):200mg/L;五日生化需氧量(BOD5):200mg/L;化學需氧量(CODcr):400mg/L;總氮(N):40mg/L;總磷(P):4.0mg/L;重金屬及有毒物質:微量;處理后的水質要求:BOD5≤20mg/L;SS≤20mg/L;N≤15mg/L;P≤1mg/L;根據設計要求和求新的思想,該污水處理工程進水中氮、磷含量均偏高,在去除BOD5和SS的同時,還需要進行脫氮除磷處理,故采用當代水處理工藝
2、中較流行的三溝式氧化溝工藝。該工藝綜合了以往工藝的優(yōu)點,具有廣泛的適應性,完全適合本設計的實際要求。本工藝的主要構筑物包括閘門井、格柵、污水泵房、曝氣沉砂池、氧化溝、接觸池、濃縮池、污泥脫水機房等。本設計采用了脫氮除磷工藝和性能優(yōu)良的設備,且工藝流程簡單,省去了初沉池、二沉池、消化系統(tǒng)和回流設備,節(jié)省了基建投資和運行費用,同時曝氣設備和構造形式多樣,運行靈活,管理方便,保證出水達到污水排放標準,做到了水資源的合理利用。關鍵詞:三溝式氧化溝格柵濃縮池泵房新工藝23AbstractItisapreliminarydesignandconstr
