1、丹芪通脈膠囊治療冠心病心絞痛氣虛血瘀型100例臨床評價郭曉麗河南省商丘市摘要：R的評價丹芪通脈膠囊對冠心病心絞痛氣虛血瘀癥的臨床治療效果。方法以我院2016年1月一2017年1月收治的100例冠心病心絞痛氣虛血瘀癥患者為研宄對象，隨機數(shù)字法分為治療組和對照組，每組50例，對照組給予西醫(yī)對癥治療,治療組在此基礎上給予丹芪通脈膠囊治療，對比兩組患者臨床治療效果、血脂、血流變學情況。結(jié)果治療組患者臨床治療總奮效率為97.87%,對照組為72.34%,觀察組治療總有效率顯著高于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P
2、〈0.05）;治療組心悸、乏力、胸悶胸痛、氣短、脈相、舌苔臨床癥狀得到明顯改善，且治療組心絞痛發(fā)作頻次及持續(xù)時間均優(yōu)于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論采取丹芪通脈膠囊對冠心病心絞痛氣虛血瘀癥的治療效果顯著，能顯著改善患者臨床癥狀，減少心絞痛發(fā)作頻次及持續(xù)時間，安全可靠值得臨床推廣。關(guān)鍵詞：乃?芪通脈膠囊;冠心病;中醫(yī)藥療法;收稿日期：2017-06-28ClinicalEvaluationonDanqiTongmaiCapsuleintheTreatmentofAnginaPecto
