2、而判斷裂紋的發(fā)生、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及其特點(diǎn)成為可能。本文主要研制了基于DSP技術(shù)的高速數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),并用此系統(tǒng)對(duì)在拉力機(jī)作用下的鋼材試件的裂紋聲發(fā)射信號(hào)進(jìn)行了檢測(cè),并做了傳統(tǒng)的聲發(fā)射參數(shù)分析以及FFT頻域分析。本文首先說明了本課題研究的意義,并就聲發(fā)射技術(shù)、DSP技術(shù)和CPLD技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀及其應(yīng)用做了綜述,然后在本文的第二章詳細(xì)的介紹了所研究的采集系統(tǒng)的硬件組成及軟件設(shè)計(jì),在第三章將上位機(jī)與下位機(jī)的集成設(shè)計(jì)以及上位機(jī)分析軟件設(shè)計(jì)做了介紹,最后就本文研制的裝置做了實(shí)驗(yàn),內(nèi)容是對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室鋼材試件在受拉力直到拉斷過程中的裂紋
