1、石油機(jī)械2013年第4l卷第1期CHINAPETROLEUMMACHINERY一59一油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)工程壓裂泵閥箱疲勞壽命影響因素的研究王國(guó)榮陳林燕趙敏李蓉王云海(1.西南石油大學(xué)機(jī)電工程學(xué)院2.中國(guó)石油天然氣集IN公司長(zhǎng)城工程技術(shù)研究院3.江漢石油管理局第四機(jī)械廠)摘要:對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)某型號(hào)140MPa壓裂泵閥箱裂紋的斷口進(jìn)行分析,研究表明閥箱裂紋斷口呈解理斷裂形貌特征,疲勞輝紋在解理面上以脆性方式擴(kuò)展,閥箱工作時(shí)較高的周向應(yīng)力是引起疲勞開(kāi)裂的主要原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用有限元軟件開(kāi)展了自增強(qiáng)技術(shù)、表面加工精度、表面強(qiáng)
2、化處理工藝以及材料選擇對(duì)閥箱疲勞壽命的影響規(guī)律研究。研究結(jié)果表明,以上方法均可以延長(zhǎng)閥箱的疲勞壽命,但自增強(qiáng)技術(shù)是延長(zhǎng)閥箱疲勞壽命最有效和最經(jīng)濟(jì)的方法,可有效延長(zhǎng)疲勞壽命最長(zhǎng)達(dá)7倍左右,在實(shí)施工藝上可選用靜液壓法和炮轟法,炮轟法工藝程序簡(jiǎn)單,建議采用該法進(jìn)行自增強(qiáng)處理。關(guān)鍵詞:壓裂泵;閥箱;有限元分析;疲勞損傷;疲勞壽命;自增強(qiáng);表面強(qiáng)化;加工工藝中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TE934文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.1001—4578.2013.01.015ResearchontheInfluencin
