1、摘要摘要科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)測(cè)試手段的變革。隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,各領(lǐng)域?qū)y(cè)試儀器的要求越來(lái)越高。多通道數(shù)字存儲(chǔ)示波器在測(cè)量領(lǐng)域中占有越來(lái)越重要的地位。而高采樣率多通道的數(shù)字存儲(chǔ)示波器技術(shù)被少數(shù)國(guó)外的知名廠(chǎng)商所壟斷,因此自主設(shè)計(jì)高采樣率多通道數(shù)字存儲(chǔ)示波器就顯的十分的必要。本多通道數(shù)字存儲(chǔ)示波器采用FPGA+DSP的架構(gòu),以高速A/D前端采樣來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)整體設(shè)計(jì)。文中先介紹了數(shù)字存儲(chǔ)示波器的特點(diǎn)以及發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,隨后詳細(xì)討論了四通道數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中的主要問(wèn)題,具體內(nèi)容包括:1.針對(duì)四通道數(shù)字存儲(chǔ)示波器的要求,進(jìn)行主要器件的選型以及器件的主要特點(diǎn)介紹。2.數(shù)據(jù)采集和觸發(fā)功能的設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)詳細(xì)介
