1、摘要高速加工是當今機械加工技術(shù)不可抗拒的發(fā)展潮流其高轉(zhuǎn)速小切深快進給方式的加工技術(shù)在模具制造中的應用前景廣泛但是刀具在切削過程中的非正常破損問題尤為嚴重因此消除刀具的非正常破損現(xiàn)象降低刀具成本是生產(chǎn)中亟待解決的問題本文建立了高速干式立銑刀銑削的切削力和切削溫度數(shù)學模型采用ANSYS進行了仿真研究其中在切削力方面對刀具的應力和變形進行了分析得出了合理的切削用量在切削溫度方面分析了切削區(qū)的溫度變化得出了平均切削溫度隨切削參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律設(shè)計了切削溫度的正交實驗測量方案利用紅外熱像儀對立銑刀銑削的切削溫度進行了測量驗證了切削溫度模型和計算方法的正確性通過切削溫度理論
2、解析解和實驗測量的切削溫度值運用能量守恒的方法推導出切削力的計算公式驗證切削力模型建立的正確性及切削用量優(yōu)化的合理性其結(jié)論對推進該領(lǐng)域的研究有著重要作用通過本文的研究能夠為高速干式銑削立銑刀切削力的加工技術(shù)及切削溫度場分析提供理論支持并對切削參數(shù)的優(yōu)選提供一個參考依據(jù)關(guān)鍵詞高速干式切削切削力切削溫度有限元分析1AbstractThehighspeedprocessingisnowthemachine-finishingtechnologyirresistibledevelopmenttidalcurrent,itshighspeed,thesmallknif
