2、wasunabletomeetthegrowingdemandforphysicalexamination.Whereas,thenetworkbasedphysicalexaminationinformationsystemcansharetheinformationbetweenotherhospitalinformationsystemsandgreatlyimprovethetraditionalphysicalexamination’sdefect,improvetheefficiencyofthephysicalexamination,storethe
3、historicaldataandtakedataanalysislater.Althoughthereareanumberofhealthphysicalexaminationinformationsystemsaccordingtotherequirementsofthephysicalexaminationhavebeendevelopedbythehospitalsandsoftwarecompanies,thesystemsalsohavealotofuniversalityshortages.Suchaslackofeffectivedatashari
4、ng,itishardtosharethedataamongthehealthphysicalexaminationinformationsystemandthehospitalinformationsystems.Itisnotflexibleenoughfortheinputtemplatetosatisfytheneedsofthedifferentrequirements.Thebusinessprocesscannotbechanged,sothatitcannotmeettheneedsofdifferentprocessindifferenthosp
5、ital.Thehealthphysicalexaminationinformationsystemwhichthisthesisdiscussesisdesignedtoachievetheserequirementsabove.Itcansatisfythedifferentrequirementsofdifferenthospital,providereffectivedatasharingamongthehealthphysicalexaminationinformationsystemandthehospitalinformationsystems.Al
