1、華中科技大學碩士學位論文水輪機狀態(tài)監(jiān)測與故障診斷系統(tǒng)姓名:楊翼申請學位級別:碩士專業(yè):水利水電工程指導教師:劉昌玉20070301摘要水輪機是水力發(fā)電廠的重要設(shè)備之一,它是否安全穩(wěn)定的運行關(guān)系到水電廠的安全運行、電力質(zhì)量和電力生產(chǎn)成本等重要的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。傳統(tǒng)的計劃檢修技術(shù)雖然能夠保障水輪機的正常運行,但是在水輪機處于正常運行狀態(tài)時進行檢修是沒有必要的。本文回顧了水輪機監(jiān)測技術(shù)以及故障診斷技術(shù)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀,分析了各種監(jiān)測與診斷技術(shù)的優(yōu)劣;以往的故障診斷系統(tǒng)采用PCI接口進行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?;谝陨峡紤]提出了基于以太網(wǎng)通訊的水輪機狀態(tài)監(jiān)測與故障診斷系統(tǒng)。本系
2、統(tǒng)分為下位機信號采集與分析系統(tǒng)和上位機監(jiān)測與故障診斷系統(tǒng)。下位機采用高精度傳感器采集信號;利用W3100網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議芯片,實現(xiàn)了以太網(wǎng)傳輸實時數(shù)據(jù);利用TMS320F2812數(shù)字信號處理芯片作為CPU控制器,對實時數(shù)據(jù)進行傅立葉變換以及控制數(shù)據(jù)的采集和傳輸。上位機監(jiān)測與故障診斷系統(tǒng)采用SQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲、檢索、刪除等數(shù)據(jù)管理功能;利用VisualBasicforApplication實現(xiàn)了Word形式的報表創(chuàng)建、保存、打印等功能;利用C++Builder的IDE集成開發(fā)環(huán)境開發(fā)了上位機監(jiān)測程序,提供包括波形圖、波特圖、瀑布圖、極坐標圖等豐富的
3、圖、表,實現(xiàn)了監(jiān)測的圖形化;利用小波分析對實時數(shù)據(jù)進行多分辨率分析,提高了低頻部分的分辨率;采用產(chǎn)生式故障表示法實現(xiàn)了故障診斷專家系統(tǒng),該專家系統(tǒng)具有添加、刪除、修改等編輯功能。關(guān)鍵詞:水輪機,DSP,以太網(wǎng),小波分析,故障診斷IAbstractThehydroturbineisoneofthemostimportantequipmentinelectricproducing.Thesafeandsteadyoperationofthehydroturbineisthekeytothesafetyoperationofthewater-electricity
