2、meter,highqualityKDPcrystalisoneoftheprimaryopticalcrystalsusedinhigh-powerlasersystems.Therefore,growthoflargediameterandhighqualityKDPcrystalbychanginggrowthparametersandchoosingproperadditiveshasbeentheresearchingfocusathomeandabroadallthewhile.Inth
3、ispaper,thestructure,propertyandapplicationsofKDPcrystalwereintroduced.Theresearchhistoryandactualityaboutinorganicanions,metalcationandorganicadditivewereexpoundedindetail.TheinfluencemechanismofadditivesonKDPcrystalwassummarizedandexplored.KDPcrystal
4、sweregrownbythemethodoftemperaturereduction.GrowthexperimentswerecarriedoutbychangingthesaturationtemperaturesandpHvaluesofKDPgrowthsolutions.TheoptimalsaturationtemperatureandpHvaluewereexplored.Onthisbasis,KDPgrowthexperimentswerecarriedoutbyaddingla
5、nthanonions(Lf+)andorganicdyes(methyleneblue)togrowthsolutions.BycomparingthepurewithLa¨dopedKDPcrystals,resultsshowsthatthedopedofLa”improvesthestabilityoftheKDPgrowthsolution,andreducesdefectsofKDPcrystal.Thetransmittanceoftheprismaticsectionofsample
6、swasmeasuredbyUV.VISSpoctrophotometerinrangesof200-800nm,researchesfoundthatLa3+withlowdopedconcentration(La¨=4x10。mo以0canimprovethetransmittanceofcrystalsintheUVband,andimprovethequalityofcrystals.AstotheKDPcrystaldopedwithmethyleneblue,whentheconcent
7、rationishigh,thestabilityoftheKDPgrowthsolutionisdeclinedinthegrowthprocessofKDP;WemeasuredthecontentofimpuritiesinKDPcrystals,andfoundthatthetotalcontentoftrivalentmetalionsdecreasedwiththeincreaseofdopingconcentration.Itindicatesthatdopedwithmethylen
8、ebluecaneffectivelyinhabittheadsorptionofFe3+,Cd+,A13+intheprismaticsectionofKDPcrystalandweakentheinfluenceoftheimpurityionstotheprismaticsection;ThedopedcrystalstructurewascharacterizedbyXRD,theresultsshowthatdifferentconcentrationsof
