1、東北大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要收率為74.39%;尾礦產(chǎn)率為61.44%,尾礦中B203品位為3.44%,試驗指標(biāo)較好,達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)。最后,利用紅外光譜、ZETA電位、SEM等表征手段,通過對浮選礦物的表面吸附、電動力學(xué)及溶液化學(xué)的分析,對浮選藥劑與礦物之間的作用機(jī)理及浮選過程進(jìn)行了初步探討。本研究實現(xiàn)了低品位硼鎂石的浮選分離,對低品位硼鎂石資源的回收利用具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)鍵詞:硼鎂石;蛇紋石;浮選;FLM3.IV.東北大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractResearchonFlotationProcessingTechnol

3、haiprovincesareaseriousproblemduetominingfordecadesandabandoninglowgradeoreswhenmininghighgradeores.Theaschariteoreresourceswhichisgreaterthanthe12%,Canbedirectlyusedforchemicalrawmaterial,haslessthan2milliontons.Butthelow-gradegradeaschariteorewhichisbetween6%an
4、d12%hasgreatreserves.Bytheendof2009.theaschariteoreresourceswhichgradeisgreaterthan12%inDandongregionwas1.1625milliontons,historicallegacyofabandonedlowgradeboronoreestimateof100milliontons,whichprovidesresourcebasefortheprocessingresearchofthelowgradeofboronore.
5、Thepurposeofthispaperistofindaneffectiveseparationmethodofenrichingtheascharitemineralfromtheganguemineralssuchasserpentine,expandingboronorereservesofresourcesavailable,tapingthepotentialofexistingboronoreresources,alleviatingtheshortagesituationofboronore,ensur
6、ingofboronindustrialsustainabledevelopment.Atfirst,theaschariteorewascharacterizedbyspectralanalysis,elementalanalysisandXRDanalysis,theresultsshowthattheoreisthelowgradeaschariteore;themainganguemineralsisserpentine,followedbydolomite,calciumfeldspar,bruciteandS
7、Oon.Thenthepuremineralflotationwasbeendone,theresultsuggestthatsodiumacidismoresuitableasfloatationcollectorsthandodecylamine.Calciumlignosulphonateisthebestinhibitorsofseparatingascharite,serpentineanddolomite.Artificialmixedflotationseparationtestresultsshowtha
8、tcalciumlignosulphonateisthebestselectiveinhibitorsofseparatingascharite,serpentineanddolomite.Whentheamountis60mg/L,concentrategradeof16.05%,therecoveryrateis
