3、0.6%,0.8%,1%)werepreparedviatheconventionalsolidstatereactionmethod.Theroom-temperatureferroelectricP–EloopscoordinatewithpolarizationcurrentdensityJ–Ecurvesexhaustivelyillustratedthechangesofferroelectricdomainsandpolarnanoregions(PNRs)underdifferentdrivingfield.Theoriginofthelargestrainis
4、duetothepresenceofanonpolarphaseatazerofieldthatcaneasilytransformintoalong-rangeferroelectricphaseupontheapplicationofanelectricfieldandbringsthesystembacktoitsunpoledstateoncetheappliedelectricfieldisremoved.Thecompositionandelectricfielddependentstrainbehaviorofthissystemwereinvestigated
5、todevelopalead-freepiezoelectricmaterialwithalargestrainresponseatalowerelectricfield.Alargestrainof0.44%(Smax/Emax=744pm/V)atanappliedfieldof50kV/cmwasobtainedatthecompositionof0.6%molSZT.Notably,theelectricfieldrequiredtodeliverlargestrainswasreducedto40kV/cmwhiletheSmax/Emaxreachedupto71
