2、集柱狀沉積物并應(yīng)用peeper被動(dòng)采樣裝置獲得“湖泛”區(qū)原位沉積物間隙水.泥水樣品分析表明:“湖泛”發(fā)生水域表層(0~7cm)沉積物的含水率、孔隙度和有機(jī)質(zhì)含量均明顯高于對(duì)照區(qū),其中有機(jī)質(zhì)含量更是對(duì)照區(qū)樣品的4倍左右,沉水植物殘?bào)w促使表層沉積物物化性質(zhì)改變的作用明顯;“湖泛”發(fā)生水域表層沉積物+2+間隙水中銨態(tài)氮(NH4-N)、溶解性反應(yīng)磷(SRP)及Fe含量遠(yuǎn)高于未發(fā)生區(qū),植物殘?bào)w降解對(duì)沉積物厭氧環(huán)境的營(yíng)造+2+顯著.運(yùn)用分子擴(kuò)散模型對(duì)沉積物釋放通量估算:“湖泛”發(fā)生區(qū)沉積物NH4-N、SRP和Fe的釋放速率分別是對(duì)照區(qū)的49.
