2、烯腈含量的變化關(guān)系,優(yōu)選出了N230S。確定了生膠牌號(hào)后又進(jìn)?步對(duì)丁腈橡膠硫化體系進(jìn)行了研究。著重研究了低硫高促體系和硫黃與DCP并髑體系,對(duì)這礴零申硫化體系的硫化橡膠分別測定了備頊盹能指標(biāo)隨各體系中參數(shù)的變化娥律,最終優(yōu)選出了琉黃與DCP并用r體系。黼定了硫化體系后又對(duì)補(bǔ)強(qiáng)體系進(jìn)行了磊開究。在高耐磨炭黑、t半補(bǔ)強(qiáng)炭黑、噴霧炭黑、稽法炭黑及通用炭黑五種炭黑中優(yōu)選出了噴霧炭黑。工作中主要?jiǎng)?丁腈橡膠的丙烯腈含量、硫化體系及補(bǔ)恤體系三個(gè)因素對(duì)丁艚橡膠性能灼影響進(jìn)行了探討,找到了提離”¨;。;橡膠耐油性及耐高溫性和降低壓縮永久變
