4、forpromotingsustaineddevelopmentoffaultdiagnosistechnology.Vibrationanalysisisaveryimportantmeansforconditionmonitoringandfaultdiagnosis.Thispaperaimsattheresearchonthemethodsofsignalprocessingandpatternrecognition.Therefore,firstly,anexperimentalplatformwasset
5、upforthefailurediagnosisofcutting-tool,onwhichwehavedonealotofexperiments.Thenthevibrationsignalsofcutting-toolindifferentwearconditionswerecollected.Waveletnoisereductionisusedtopretreatthevibrationsignals.Themethodoffractalrecognitioncarldiagnosticatetheweard
6、egreequantificationally.Accordingtothenon-stationarityofvibrationsignals,weintroducethede-noisingmethodbasedonwaveletdecompositionandreconfiguration.Theinfluenceondenoisingeffectiscomparedbyusingdifferentmotherwaveletandwaveletthresholdrules.Forthetestdataofthi
7、sthesis,thedenoisingeffectadoptingthemotherwavelet‘db4’andthedefaultthresholdruleisthebest.Thispaperintroducesthealgorithmofboxdimensionandinformationdimensionfromthepointofviewofengineeringapplication.Theinfluenceofnoiseonthecomputationalprecisionofboxdimensit
