2、基因控制。利用突變體南花6號(hào)/秈稻品種DularF2君羊體中的141個(gè)卷葉單株進(jìn)行基因定位,在雙親、卷葉和正常葉的DNA池中篩選N2個(gè)多態(tài)性標(biāo)記RM285和RM342,并確定該基因位于水稻第9染色體長(zhǎng)臂上,與前人報(bào)道的d9(f)相距54.7cM,是一個(gè)未曾報(bào)道的基因,暫時(shí)命名為d13(t)。利用SSR標(biāo)記將該基因定位于第9染色體RM285和RM342之間,遺傳距離分別為6.74cM和11.35cM。類似于rl13(f)卷葉突變體表型未見(jiàn)報(bào)道,該研究結(jié)果對(duì)揭示卷葉機(jī)理及在株型改良應(yīng)用中具有重要意義。關(guān)鍵詞:水稻;隱性卷葉基因;遺傳分析
