1、2006年9月潤滑與密封Sep12006第9期(總第181期)LUBRICATIONENGINEERINGNo19(serialNo1181)3線接觸彈流潤滑綜合數(shù)值分析尹昌磊楊沛然楊萍(青島理工大學(xué)機(jī)械工程學(xué)院山東青島266033)摘要:應(yīng)用多重網(wǎng)格法和多重網(wǎng)格積分法數(shù)值求解了Newton流體和Ree2Eyring流體線接觸等溫和熱彈流潤滑問題,分析了滑滾比對(duì)摩擦因數(shù)的影響,指出了潤滑油的流變性和熱效應(yīng)對(duì)線接觸彈流潤滑油膜粘度的影響,以及不同滑滾比時(shí)壓力、膜厚和溫度的分布規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:等溫潤滑時(shí)的摩擦因數(shù)隨著滑滾比的增加而增加,熱彈流潤滑時(shí)的摩擦因數(shù)隨著滑滾比的增加先增加后
