2、合成的化學(xué)物質(zhì)，會(huì)持久存在于環(huán)境中、透過(guò)生物食物鏈（網(wǎng)）而累積(生物蓄積性)，進(jìn)而對(duì)環(huán)境及人類健康造成危害影響。TheEuropeanCommissionhasalreadyamendedthisRegulations(EC)No850/2004eighttimes,onDecember17,2014,onceagainamendedandthisshallapplyfrom18June2015歐盟委員會(huì)對(duì)歐盟持久性有機(jī)污染物（POPs）法規(guī)(EC)No850/2004進(jìn)行了8次修訂后，2014年12月17日，再次對(duì)其進(jìn)行修訂，修訂內(nèi)容于2015年6月18日生效。(E
