2、mentoperationmanualappliestoequipmentoperation,maintenance&useofIndonesiabanten1×670MWcoalfiredpowerplantproject.1.鍋爐補給水系統(tǒng)概述SUMMARIZEOFBOILERMAKE-UPWATERSYSTEM在發(fā)電廠的蒸汽動力設(shè)備中，水是傳遞能量的物質(zhì)。在鍋爐中，水被加熱成蒸汽，經(jīng)汽輪機(jī)作功后，冷凝成水后又返回鍋爐。在這一循環(huán)過程中，有相當(dāng)數(shù)量水損失掉，需要隨時向鍋爐補充合格水，以保持水汽系統(tǒng)的平衡，這種補充水叫鍋爐補給水。本項目設(shè)計鍋爐補給水系統(tǒng)，其流程為：原水?海水淡
3、化系統(tǒng)?除鹽系統(tǒng)?除鹽水箱其中除鹽部分為本公司供貨范圍，本公司提供一套完整的鍋爐補給水處理系統(tǒng)，以滿足電廠鍋爐補給水水質(zhì)及水量的要求，內(nèi)容包括：離子交換除鹽系統(tǒng)、酸堿儲存、計量加藥系統(tǒng)、水泵、水箱和其它輔助系統(tǒng)設(shè)備。系統(tǒng)包括設(shè)備、閥門、管道、附件及各單元控制設(shè)備、就地儀表及附件等。鍋爐補給水處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備狀態(tài)和主要工藝參數(shù)送至化學(xué)水處理站控制室的操作員站，操作員站還將完成設(shè)備的聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)、報警及設(shè)備的遠(yuǎn)方/就地切換等。Thesteampowerequipmentinpowerplant,wateristhemediatotransferenergy.Intheboiler,thew
