1、2010年7月第28卷第4期July2010Vol.28No.4雙流道泵內(nèi)壓力脈動的CFD計算及測試劉厚林,任蕓,談明高,陸斌斌,舒敏驊(江蘇大學流體機械工程技術研究中心,江蘇鎮(zhèn)江212013)摘要:基于計算流體動力學軟件Fluent,應用滑移網(wǎng)格技術,對一比轉(zhuǎn)速為99的雙流道泵在設計工況下的內(nèi)部流場進行非定常計算,得到不同時刻葉輪和蝸殼內(nèi)監(jiān)測點的壓力脈動規(guī)律.計算結果表明葉輪流道內(nèi)不同位置處點的壓力波動在一個周期內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)周期性變化規(guī)律,同時從進口到出口逐漸升高,壓力出現(xiàn)波峰和波谷的時間間隔大致相同.蝸殼流道內(nèi),離隔舌位置越近,壓力波動越大,蝸
2、殼出口的壓力波動呈周期性變化規(guī)律,關于基圓中心對稱的兩個點的壓力波動規(guī)律非常相似.利用虛擬儀器技術和水下壓力傳感器測量了蝸殼出口處的壓力脈動,對比結果表明數(shù)值計算結果與試驗壓力結果基本一致,滿足壓力脈動預測的要求.關鍵詞:雙流道泵;壓力脈動;計算流體動力學;滑移網(wǎng)格中圖分類號:S277.9;TH311文獻標志碼:A文章編號:1674-8530(2010)04-0277-05CFDcalculationandtestofpressurefluctuationindouble-channelpumpLiuHoulin,RenYun,TanMing

5、nnel,andincreasesgra-duallyfromimpellerinlettooutletatthesametime.Theintervaltimeofpressurebetweenthepeakandvalleyarealmostthesame.Inthevolutechannel,pressurefluctuationonmonitoringpointsismoreobvi-ouswhenthedetectingpointsgetnearertothetongue.Thepressurefluctuationatvolute
6、outletalsopres-entsperiodicalvariationinaperiodtime.Thepressurefluctuationfeaturesofthetwopointsthatarecen-trosymmetricaboutbasiccirclecenterinsidethevolutechannelseemextremelysimilar.Thepressurefluctuationaroundthevoluteoutletwastestedbyvirtualinstrumenttechniqueandsub-aqu
