1、流量測量的發(fā)展可追溯到古代,擁有悠久的歷史;而光纖系統(tǒng)是以光為載波,利用光導(dǎo)纖維作為傳輸媒介,通過光電變換,用光來傳輸信息的系統(tǒng),是21世紀重要的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,人們對流量測量的要求越來越高,促使流量測量方法迅速發(fā)展。差壓流量計(DPF)是一類應(yīng)用范圍較廣的流量計量儀器,是目前最為重要的一類流量計。差壓流量計是根據(jù)安裝于管道中流量檢測件與流體相互作用產(chǎn)生的差壓來計算流量的儀表,有著廣泛的應(yīng)用范圍和發(fā)展空間。光纖光柵傳感器是一種能測量多種參數(shù)的傳感器,具有很多獨特的性能,已成為當(dāng)前傳感器的研究熱點。本文采用傳統(tǒng)標(biāo)準孔板,將流量信號轉(zhuǎn)化為差壓信號,
2、利用光纖光柵敏感元件和膜片彈性元件設(shè)計出了差壓傳感器結(jié)構(gòu),將光纖光柵傳感技術(shù)與差壓流量測量技術(shù)相結(jié)合,構(gòu)成了光纖光柵差壓流量傳感器。課題包括光纖系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、流量參數(shù)測量研究、整體裝置系統(tǒng)設(shè)計等內(nèi)容。關(guān)鍵詞:光纖,光纖光柵傳感器,流量測量,差壓流量計。AbstractThedevelopmentofflowmeasurementcanbetracedbacktotheancientworld,withalonghistory.While,opticalfibersystembasedonopticalcarrier,isthemostimportantstrateg
