6、irus(MERS-CoV)wasconductedamongdromedarycamelsandherbivorousanimalssharingthesamepasturageinEthiopia.ThepseudotypedvesicularstomatitisviruscoatedwiththespikeproteinofMERS-CoVwasusedinvirusneutralization(VN)testsperformedinabiosafetylevel(BSL)-2laboratory.Theresul

7、tsweresimilartothoseobtainedfromtheVNtestusingliveMERS-CoVandweremoresensitivethantheELISAperformedusingsyntheticMERSS1fragmentastheantigenaswellasthecompetitiveELISAperformedusingamonoclonalantibodyagainstMERS-CoV.Accordingtothecomprehensiveresultsofthefourtypes
