2、化的集成應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究。首先將掃描獲得的點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入到GeomagicDesignDirect逆向軟件中,采用正逆向參數(shù)化建模的方法完成模型的重建,然后將模型導(dǎo)入到Workbench中劃分網(wǎng)格、施加載荷和約束,建立有限元模型并進(jìn)行計(jì)算。得出了零件在逆向重構(gòu)后的應(yīng)力和形變?cè)茍D,為實(shí)物對(duì)象的優(yōu)化提供了指導(dǎo)。實(shí)例表明參數(shù)化的逆向建模和仿真優(yōu)化的集成應(yīng)用加快了產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)效率,為產(chǎn)品的改進(jìn)和再設(shè)計(jì)提供了新的途徑。關(guān)鍵詞:逆向工程;仿真優(yōu)化;參數(shù)化建模中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TH166;TG506文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:ASimula

7、rds:reverseengineering;optimizationandsimulation;parametricmodeling計(jì)提供了新的途徑。0引言GeomagicDesignDirect是Geomagic公司推出的一逆向工程(ReverseEngineering,RE)是先進(jìn)制造款正逆向直接建模工具,兼有逆向建模軟件的采集原領(lǐng)域的一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)手段,它是根據(jù)已經(jīng)存在的產(chǎn)品始掃描數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行預(yù)處理的功能,和正向建模軟件的實(shí)物模型,通過(guò)反向設(shè)計(jì)獲取產(chǎn)品原始設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的過(guò)正向設(shè)計(jì)功能。它在一個(gè)完整
8、的軟件包中無(wú)縫結(jié)合了程。運(yùn)用逆向工程可以縮短產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)周期,降低了設(shè)即時(shí)掃描數(shù)據(jù)(點(diǎn)云或網(wǎng)格面)編輯處理、二維截面草計(jì)成本,提升產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,拓展設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)思圖創(chuàng)建、特征識(shí)別及提取、正向建模和裝配構(gòu)造等功維,同時(shí)對(duì)工藝產(chǎn)品的改良或再開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)具有高效的能?;贕eomagicDesignDirect的混合建模,用戶可便捷性和操作性。利用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)零件進(jìn)行有限元以直接將點(diǎn)云掃描或?qū)酥翍?yīng)用程序,然后使用豐富分析也稱作計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工程(CAE),它是指工程設(shè)計(jì)的工具命令快速地創(chuàng)建和編輯實(shí)
