2、察針刺“天樞”穴對(duì)游離腸管大鼠空腸消化間期移行性復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)(MMC)各時(shí)相腸電、腸運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響,探討針刺調(diào)節(jié)腸運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的效應(yīng)及機(jī)制。方法:選用成年SD大鼠l6只,采用腸道平滑肌漿膜下電極埋植和漿膜表面高靈敏度應(yīng)變片傳感器縫合技術(shù),再麻醉大鼠,游離腸管,同步記錄空腸平滑肌電活動(dòng)及空腸機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng),分別在MMCI、MMC11、MMCⅢ時(shí)相針刺“天樞”穴,觀察對(duì)腸電和腸運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響。結(jié)果:MMC工相,腸電快波在針刺“天樞”穴前后無明顯變化,腸電慢波及腸運(yùn)動(dòng)的頻率和幅值較針刺前基礎(chǔ)值相比,均有明顯下降(P<0.01);MMCⅡ一Ⅲ相,腸電快、慢波及腸運(yùn)動(dòng)的頻率和幅值較針刺前基
3、礎(chǔ)值相比,均有明顯下降(均P<0.01)。針刺“天樞”穴對(duì)游離腸管大鼠空腸平滑肌肌電、腸運(yùn)動(dòng)均有不同程度的抑制作用。結(jié)論:針刺“天樞”穴對(duì)游離腸管大鼠空腸MMC工、Ⅱ、Ⅲ時(shí)相腸電、腸運(yùn)動(dòng)均有明顯的抑制,其機(jī)制可能在于針刺“天樞”穴主要通過節(jié)段性的體表一交感反射通路抑制空腸運(yùn)動(dòng)。[關(guān)鍵詞]游離空腸;針刺;穴,天樞;移動(dòng)性復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng);腸電;腸運(yùn)動(dòng)Effectsofacupunctureat“Tianshu”(ST25)onelectro-activityandmechanicalmotilityofmigra-tingmotorcomplexduringjejun
