1、2017年第3期煤礦機(jī)電·85·張修輝,牛雷,王楠,等.南屯煤礦礦井電參數(shù)計(jì)量系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)[J].煤礦機(jī)電,2017(3):85-87.doi:10.16545/j.cnki.cmet.2017.03.027南屯煤礦礦井電參數(shù)計(jì)量系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)張修輝,牛雷,王楠,牛鋼,劉士剛(兗礦集團(tuán)南屯煤礦,山東鄒城273515)摘要:南屯礦礦井電參數(shù)計(jì)量系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)變電所放置一臺(tái)計(jì)量箱,即可對(duì)變電所所有設(shè)備實(shí)施高精度計(jì)量,且不需要連接主回路電纜,計(jì)量設(shè)備不受電壓等級(jí)限制,即35kV、10kV、6kV、1140V、660V、380V皆可計(jì)量,并可實(shí)現(xiàn)峰、谷、平分時(shí)段計(jì)量。計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)由環(huán)網(wǎng)上傳地面,通過(guò)JLX-69上
2、位機(jī)計(jì)量系統(tǒng)軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程抄表,月底還可自動(dòng)生成統(tǒng)計(jì)表格,免去繁瑣的人工抄表,并通過(guò)峰、谷、平時(shí)段用電量分別考核,還可調(diào)整相關(guān)設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí)間,制定合理的“避峰填谷”用電措施。該系統(tǒng)已投入使用,明顯降低了噸煤用電成本,具有良好的社會(huì)效益和顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。關(guān)鍵詞:電參數(shù);計(jì)量;遠(yuǎn)程抄表中圖分類號(hào):TM938文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:B文章編號(hào):1001-0874(2017)03-0085—03DesignofMineElectricalParametersMeasurementSysteminNantunCoaIMineZhangXiuhui,NiuLei,WangNan,NiuGn增,LiuShigang(N

6、ducedthecostofelectricitypertonofcoal,withgoodsocialbenefitsandsignificanteconomicbenefits.Keywords:electricparameters;measurement;remotemeterreading0引言南屯煤礦原電度計(jì)量全部由人工抄表,工作量相當(dāng)大,而且非常繁瑣。隨著礦井自動(dòng)化管理程度的逐步提高,現(xiàn)各變電所(配電點(diǎn))電參數(shù)都已遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)查看。全礦用電量數(shù)據(jù)遠(yuǎn)程集中抄表,給管理決策提供了準(zhǔn)確的依據(jù)和便利,不僅能及時(shí)掌握井下各種設(shè)備的能源消耗情況,而且還能加強(qiáng)能源耗費(fèi)管理‘1I。根據(jù)南屯煤礦各變電
7、所布局的具體情況,對(duì)井下各變電所及其各配電點(diǎn)用電設(shè)備進(jìn)行了綜合分析,以“科學(xué)用電、節(jié)能降耗”為目標(biāo),研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了電·86·煤礦機(jī)電2017年第3期參數(shù)計(jì)量系統(tǒng)。1南屯煤礦電參數(shù)計(jì)量系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模根據(jù)供電系統(tǒng)圖設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)量路數(shù)共61路(高壓38路,低壓23路),計(jì)量顯示箱4臺(tái),如表1所示。表1供電系統(tǒng)計(jì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)表2)KBDX.3G模塊的安裝示意圖見圖2。高壓供電系統(tǒng),三相三線2CT電壓經(jīng)PT、CT輸入。UAUBUCCT2
