1、西堠門大橋主纜纏絲技術(shù)盧偉,馬青云,李潤哲,唐茂林,錢建南,肖安斌55文章編號:1003—4722(2010)01~0055~04西堠門大橋主纜纏絲技術(shù)盧偉,馬青云,李潤哲,唐茂林。,錢建南,肖安斌(1.四川公路橋梁建設(shè)集團(tuán)有限公司,四川成都610041;2.長沙理工大學(xué),湖南長沙410114;3.西南交通大學(xué),四川成都610031)摘要:西堠門大橋主纜除采用重防護(hù)涂裝體系外,還采用“先纏絲,后鋪裝”施工技術(shù)。根據(jù)相關(guān)試驗(yàn)成果,確定施工中纏絲導(dǎo)入張力不小于2.3kN。采用ZLC1000型纏絲機(jī)進(jìn)行主纜纏絲。為方便主纜排水、減少主纜鋼絲暴露外界時間,纏絲順序?yàn)?/p>

4、nstructiontechniqueof“wirewrappingfirstanddecksurfacinglate”wasalsoapplied.Inaccordancewiththerelevanttestresults,itwasdeterminedthatthepretensioningforceappliedtothewirewrappingshouldnotbelessthan2.3kN.ThewireswerewrappedontothemaincablesoftheBridgebytheZLC1000wrappingmachine.Tofa
5、cilitatethewaterdrainagefromthecablesandtoreducetheexposuretimeofthewiresofthecablestotheoutside,thesequencesofthewirewrappingwere:thecableswerewrappedfirstlyfromthesidespansandthentothecentralspan.Atthesidespans,thecableswerewrappedfromtheanchor—agetowardsthetowerwhileatthecentral
6、span,thecableswerewrappedfromthetowertowardsthemidspan.Bymeansofthewrappingmachine,the4mmwireswereuniformlyandtightlywrappedontothecablesthatwerealreadycoatedwithprimerpaintandnon‘‘dryingpasteinbe—tweenthecablebands.Atacertainspacing,thewrappedwireswereweldedbythetermiteweld—ingtok
