1、摘要本設(shè)計(jì)礦井為雞西礦業(yè)集團(tuán)東山礦1.2Mt/a新礦井設(shè)計(jì)。地質(zhì)構(gòu)造為單斜構(gòu)造,共有可采煤層為4層,分別為3#上、3#下、6#A和6#B煤層總厚度為5.6m。設(shè)計(jì)井田的工業(yè)儲(chǔ)量為112.24Mt,可采儲(chǔ)量為95.19Mt,礦井的設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)年限為57a。煤層傾角為10°屬緩傾斜煤層,本礦井設(shè)計(jì)采用雙立井開拓方式,劃分為三個(gè)水平,3個(gè)采區(qū),2個(gè)工作面達(dá)產(chǎn),采用采區(qū)式準(zhǔn)備方式,達(dá)產(chǎn)時(shí)采區(qū)個(gè)數(shù)為兩個(gè)。大巷運(yùn)輸采用14t架線式電機(jī)車牽引3t底卸式礦車運(yùn)輸,區(qū)段運(yùn)輸平巷采用帶式輸送機(jī),輔助運(yùn)輸為1.5t固定式礦車,工作面
2、采用刮板運(yùn)輸機(jī)。采煤方法為走向長(zhǎng)壁倒退式采煤法,采煤工藝為普通機(jī)械化采煤工藝。工作面的支護(hù)方式采用單體液壓支柱和鉸接頂梁聯(lián)合支護(hù),頂板處理方法為全部跨落法。提升設(shè)備為主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐籠提升。工作面年工作日為330d,采用“三、八”工作制,工作面長(zhǎng)為160m,循環(huán)進(jìn)度為0.6m,每日進(jìn)刀次數(shù)為5刀。通風(fēng)方式是分區(qū)抽出式。由于本人水平有限,工作能力及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,故本設(shè)計(jì)中出現(xiàn)一些問題在所難免,請(qǐng)各位專家老師不吝賜教。關(guān)鍵詞:礦井設(shè)計(jì);走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤法;全部跨落全套圖紙,加AbstractThedes
