1、摘要齒輪作為最重要的基礎(chǔ)傳動部件被廣泛地應用于機械、冶金、石化、煤炭、水電等行業(yè)。在齒輪設(shè)計和生產(chǎn)過程中,需要大量的分析、計算和繪圖工作。隨著計算機技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,使齒輪設(shè)計人員借助計算機及相應軟件可迅速、高效、準確地進行設(shè)計方案的確定、比較、分析和繪圖,為生產(chǎn)企業(yè)以高技術(shù)、高質(zhì)量、低成本占領(lǐng)市場提供技術(shù)保障。本文論述了利用VB6.0作為開發(fā)工具,調(diào)用SolidworksAPI函數(shù)對Solidworks進行二次開發(fā),實現(xiàn)精確漸開線直齒圓柱齒輪參數(shù)化設(shè)計,同時以插件的形式實現(xiàn)了與Solidworks軟件的無縫集成,從而提高了齒輪三維造型的速度和效率。利用
2、參數(shù)化設(shè)計生成的齒輪實體,另存為IGS格式文件導入ANSYS軟件,根據(jù)齒輪的工作情況及失效形式,建立有限元分析模型,對齒根最大彎曲應力有限元分析。最后利用IGS格式文件生成的MCX格式文件,在MastercamX4軟件中利用數(shù)控加工自動編程技術(shù)對齒輪齒廓進行數(shù)控線切割加工指令程序的編制,并進行數(shù)控加工仿真。本論文在solidworks平臺上實現(xiàn)精確漸開線直齒圓柱齒輪的參數(shù)化三維設(shè)計的方法和過程,對同類零件的快速設(shè)計具有一定的借鑒意義。關(guān)鍵詞:精確漸開線直齒圓柱齒輪VBSolidwork二次開發(fā)有限元分析數(shù)控加工仿真AbstractAsthemostim
