1、中國科技論文在線http://www.paper.edu.cn神經(jīng)電生理檢測(cè)推拿對(duì)CCI大鼠感覺功能#的影響**羅曄,姚斌彬,于天源5(北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)針灸推拿學(xué)院)摘要:目的:從神經(jīng)電生理角度探討推拿對(duì)CCI模型的大鼠感覺功能的影響,證實(shí)推拿撥法對(duì)慢性坐骨神經(jīng)壓迫性損傷的治療作用。方法:SD雄性大鼠44只隨機(jī)分為正常組、假手術(shù)組、模型組和撥法組,每組12只,采用CCI制作實(shí)驗(yàn)性坐骨神經(jīng)慢性壓迫性損傷模型,造模后7d和28d后對(duì)所有大鼠進(jìn)行光熱耐痛閾實(shí)驗(yàn),神經(jīng)電生理檢測(cè)坐骨神經(jīng)運(yùn)動(dòng)傳導(dǎo)速10度(MCV)和感覺傳導(dǎo)速度(SCV),取材做坐骨神經(jīng)HE染色。撥法組
2、大鼠進(jìn)行推拿撥法治療,其余組不做處理。結(jié)果:撥法組造模后7d的光熱耐痛閾數(shù)值和坐骨神經(jīng)MCV、SCV均與模型組無差異,經(jīng)過撥法治療20次后,二者之間有顯著差異(P<0.05),且逐漸接近正常組水平。結(jié)論:推拿撥法可明顯促進(jìn)大鼠坐骨神經(jīng)感覺功能的恢復(fù),加快神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度,升高光熱耐痛閾值,緩解痛覺功能障礙。15關(guān)鍵詞:推拿撥法;神經(jīng)電生理;CCI中圖分類號(hào):R244.1EffectsofTuinaontheSensoryFunctionogtheCCIModelRatsthroughNerveElectrophysiology20LUOYe,YAOBinbin
