1、摘 要經濟的飛速發(fā)展，企業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷擴大，倉庫的信息管理日趨重要。然而，面對龐大的產品信息量，庫存產品的有效管理，對這些企業(yè)來說是非常重要的。網絡計算機的誕生及多媒體通訊信息的高速發(fā)展，產品種類的多樣化催生了倉庫管理方式的進一步更新?lián)Q代。因此，我們將發(fā)揮計算機的龐大的存儲空間，高性能的處理能力，高度可靠的數(shù)據(jù)安全，清晰的可視化數(shù)據(jù)等這些優(yōu)勢來輔助單位對倉庫進行管理，真正實現(xiàn)人力的節(jié)省，勞動效率的提高。本系統(tǒng)采用面向對象的程序設計思想進行編制，通過VisualBasic6.0中的ADO數(shù)據(jù)控件與數(shù)據(jù)源建立連接，使程序
2、員用最少的代碼快速創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫應用程序。本系統(tǒng)提供直觀、便捷的數(shù)據(jù)操作方式，管理員可以根據(jù)自己的實際需要進入相關窗體，對信息進行數(shù)據(jù)庫操作功能，如：查詢記錄、修改記錄、刪除記錄、建立記錄等，同時也包括了庫存報警和操作日志等窗體，更加方便對庫存的信息進行管理。整個系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)存在表格文件中，由數(shù)據(jù)庫文件進行管理。在設計數(shù)據(jù)庫時使表格文件發(fā)生關聯(lián)，組成關系型數(shù)據(jù)庫，以便于對數(shù)據(jù)進行處理。這樣就可以在數(shù)據(jù)的操作上分別針對屬于不同表的數(shù)據(jù)，不必為了某條記錄的一個字段來對全部記錄進行修改，加快了數(shù)據(jù)的處理速度，增加了數(shù)據(jù)的可管理性
