1、摘要不銹鋼自1912年發(fā)明以來取得迅猛發(fā)展,至今全球仍以每年3%~5%的速度遞增。我國正處于不銹鋼生產(chǎn)和應(yīng)用的高速增長期,2001年我國不銹鋼的使用量已躍居世界第一。不銹鋼通常含有Cr(WCr≥12%)、Ni、Mn、MO等元素,具有優(yōu)異的耐蝕性能以及特有的力學(xué)性能、物理性能和工藝性能使其適于制造要求耐腐蝕、抗氧化、耐高溫和超低溫的零部件設(shè)備,故而不銹鋼具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景,其焊接具有特殊性。不銹鋼在電阻點(diǎn)焊過程中極易產(chǎn)生飛濺,焊接接頭處易出現(xiàn)結(jié)合面斷裂,將直接影響焊接接頭的質(zhì)量。本文針對上述問題,研究了304不銹鋼電阻點(diǎn)焊接頭的組織結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),分析了焊接電流、焊
2、接時(shí)間、電極壓力以及焊接過程中對電阻點(diǎn)焊接頭組織和性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:當(dāng)焊接電流為6000A,電極壓力為4000N,焊接時(shí)間為7個(gè)周波時(shí)焊點(diǎn)性能最好。接頭的主要結(jié)晶形態(tài)為柱狀晶,其結(jié)合面為點(diǎn)焊接頭的薄弱區(qū)域。不銹鋼點(diǎn)焊接頭易出現(xiàn)裂紋及縮孔等焊接缺陷,使點(diǎn)焊接頭質(zhì)量降低。關(guān)鍵詞:304不銹鋼,電阻點(diǎn)焊,微觀組織,力學(xué)性能2AbstractStainlesssteel?hasbeendevelopedrapidly?sinceitsinventionin1912,?sofartheworldstill?withannual3%?to5%annually.?Ou
