1、基于PLC的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)偏航控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘 要由于化石資源的日益枯竭和人類對全球環(huán)境惡化的倍加關(guān)注,因此清潔綠色的風(fēng)力發(fā)電技術(shù)已深受全世界的重視。本設(shè)計(jì)主要研究的偏航系統(tǒng)是風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的重要組成部分。由于偏航機(jī)構(gòu)安裝在機(jī)艙底部,通過偏航軸承與機(jī)艙相連。當(dāng)風(fēng)向改變時(shí),風(fēng)向儀將信號傳到控制系統(tǒng),控制驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置工作,小齒輪在大齒圈上轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),從而帶動(dòng)機(jī)艙旋轉(zhuǎn),是風(fēng)輪對準(zhǔn)風(fēng)向。當(dāng)機(jī)艙的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向有接近開關(guān)進(jìn)行檢測,當(dāng)機(jī)艙向同一方向達(dá)到極限偏航角度時(shí),限位開關(guān)會(huì)及時(shí)將信號傳到控制裝置內(nèi),控制裝置會(huì)迅速發(fā)出信號使機(jī)組快速停機(jī),并反轉(zhuǎn)解纜,經(jīng)過上述過程從而實(shí)現(xiàn)偏航控制使風(fēng)輪始終保持迎風(fēng)狀態(tài)。根據(jù)
