1、基于PLC控制的自動送料裝車系統(tǒng)摘要隨著PLC技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)的深入,在面臨規(guī)模更大、控制更復(fù)雜的控制系統(tǒng)時,人們逐漸意識到原有的上位機編程的開發(fā)方式,對項目來說是費力費時、得不償失,同時,MIS(managementinformationsystem,管理信息系統(tǒng))和CIMS(computerintegrationmanufacturesystem,計算機集成制造系統(tǒng))的大量應(yīng)用,要求工業(yè)現(xiàn)場為企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、決策提供更詳細和深入的數(shù)據(jù),以便優(yōu)化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營中的各個環(huán)節(jié)。因此組態(tài)
2、軟件在我國的應(yīng)用逐漸的到了普及。本文基于PLC對自動送料裝車系統(tǒng)的控制,提出了用組態(tài)仿真的方法實現(xiàn)對自動送料裝車系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控。首先,用PLC編程實現(xiàn)送料系統(tǒng)的基本功能。其次,畫出組態(tài)仿真畫面,定義組態(tài)變量,對組態(tài)中的一些基本量如(管道中物料的流動)進行仿真。然后,把PLC程序和組態(tài)結(jié)合,通過數(shù)據(jù)連接,實現(xiàn)通信。最后,運行PLC程序及組態(tài)仿真程序,實現(xiàn)組態(tài)對整個系統(tǒng)實時監(jiān)控。在實現(xiàn)組態(tài)控制時,本文詳細的介紹了組態(tài)王軟件的編程及通信,使讀者很容易的了解組態(tài)王軟件運行仿真過程。關(guān)鍵詞:PLC,組態(tài)王,監(jiān)
