1、益氣活血復(fù)方對(duì)自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠左室心肌形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響張純，陳利國(guó)，戴勇，胡小勤，鄭佩娥【關(guān)鍵詞】益氣活血復(fù)方；,,自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠；,,,左室肥厚；,,形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu) 摘要：目的探討益氣活血復(fù)方對(duì)自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠（spontaneouslyhypertensiverats,SHR）左室肥厚(leftventricularhypertrophy,LVH)及左室心肌形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。方法雄性14周齡SHR50只，隨機(jī)分為復(fù)方高劑量組（SHRY1）、復(fù)方中劑量組（SHRY2）、復(fù)方低劑量組（SHRY3）、模型對(duì)照組（SHRC）、硝苯地平組（SHRX）。監(jiān)測(cè)尾動(dòng)脈收縮壓（systolicbloodpress
2、ure,SBP），每4周1次，8周后取材。測(cè)算心臟重量指數(shù)（heartassindex,LVMI）；光鏡、透射電鏡觀察左室心肌細(xì)胞形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的改變。結(jié)果（1）與SHRC組比較，灌胃4，8周后，各治療組SBP顯著降低（P＜0.01）；（2）與SHRC組比較，灌胃8周后，SHRY1、SHRY2及SHRX組HI均明顯降低（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；（3）光鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)：SHRC組心肌纖維增粗或萎縮、斷裂或排列紊亂，部分心肌細(xì)胞核肥大或固縮；透射電鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)：SHRC組可見(jiàn)部分心肌細(xì)胞核膜皺縮，核染色質(zhì)凝聚、趨邊，偶見(jiàn)核固縮，部分心肌細(xì)胞線粒體明顯腫脹。與SHRC組比較，SHRY1組上述病變明顯減輕；
