1、食管鱗癌組織中HIF1α及FHIT蛋白的表達及意義【摘要】目的：研究缺氧誘導(dǎo)因子?1α(HIF?1α)及脆性組氨酸三聯(lián)體基因(FHIT)蛋白在食管鱗癌組織中的表達及其意義。方法：應(yīng)用免疫組織化SP法檢測48例食管鱗癌及癌旁組織中HIF?1α及FHIT蛋白的表達，分析其與食管鱗癌病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果：食管鱗癌組織中HIF?1α的總陽性表達率明顯高于癌旁組織(P<0.05),而FHIT蛋白的總陽性表達率明顯低于癌旁組織(P<0.05);在食管鱗癌組織中HIF?1&alp
2、ha;的表達與FHIT蛋白的表達呈負相關(guān)(P=0.006，r=-0.392);HIF?1α及FHIT蛋白在食管鱗癌組織中的表達與浸潤深度(pTNM分期)及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有明顯關(guān)系(P<0.05)，而HIF?1α表達還與癌組織分化程度相關(guān)(P<0.05)，但均與年齡、性別等因素?zé)o關(guān)(P>0.05)。結(jié)論：HIF?1α及FHIT蛋白的異常表達在食管鱗癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中起重要作用，在一定程度上反映了食管鱗癌侵襲性強弱，且HIF?1α高表達與FHIT蛋白低表達存在相關(guān)性，F(xiàn)
