1、摘要摘要遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域中有著十分重要的意義。在許多工業(yè)場合,尤其是對于一些分散的、無人值守的現(xiàn)場,需要對數(shù)據(jù)進行定時采集,以便及時了解現(xiàn)場的情況,并根據(jù)情況發(fā)送一些簡單的控制命令。傳統(tǒng)的遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方式一般都需要自己建設(shè)并維護有線或者無線的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),投資和維護費用高。隨著通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,原有的遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)日益不能滿足多方面的要求,我們需要成本更低,通信質(zhì)量更好的通信方式。通用分組無線業(yè)務GPRS(GeneralPacketRadioService)是在現(xiàn)有GSM系統(tǒng)上發(fā)展出來的一種新的承載業(yè)務。GPRS允許用戶在端到端和端到中心分組轉(zhuǎn)移模式下發(fā)送和接收數(shù)據(jù),從而提供了
2、一種高效、低成本的無線分組數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務,特別適用于間斷的、突發(fā)性的和頻繁的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。因此,本文提出了一種基于GPRS技術(shù)的遠程溫度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)主要有數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、GPRS模塊、GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)、控制中心組成。數(shù)據(jù)采集終端實現(xiàn)對溫度數(shù)據(jù)的實時采集和傳輸,GPRS無線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸模塊作為終端的無線收發(fā)模塊,把從單片機發(fā)送過來的數(shù)據(jù)進行相關(guān)的處理后再轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)。利用GPRS模塊結(jié)合微處理芯片實現(xiàn)遠程溫度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,并給出了系統(tǒng)的硬件組成框圖和軟件設(shè)計流程圖。關(guān)鍵詞:遠程監(jiān)控,溫度檢測,GPRS,數(shù)據(jù)傳輸52AbstractAbstractTheremotemonitorcontrolsystemhast
