3、theapplicationreceivesasatisfactoryappraisalfromtheMinistryofAgriculture,itwouldbepublicizedandcirculatedtheappraisalresulttoOIEandrelatedcountries.2.Internationalinformationcirculation1)OIEcirculationBeforetheendofMarch2010,theMinistryofAgricultureshallinvitespecialistpanelfromtheOIEt
4、ocarryoutspecialthemestudyandprovideguidanceontheconstructionprojectoftheequinedisease-freezone,circulaterelatedinformation,askfortechnicalsuggestionsandinvitespecialiststotakepartinthetechnicalcooperation;andkeepinformedoftheOIEmembersabouttheconstructionofspecificequinedisease-freezo
5、neinaproperway.GuangdongEnter-ExitInspectionandQuarantineBureaushallcoordinatetheGeneralAdministrationofQualitySupervision,InspectionandQuarantineofthePRCtoreachagreementwithrelatedcountriesonequinequarantine.2)OtherwaysconducivetoobtaininginternationalacceptanceLearningfromsuccessfule
6、xperiencesofthesponsoringcountries,constructionprojectofthespecificequinedisease-freezoneshallbeoperatedinternationallyandtransparently,thuscreatingfavorableconditionstoobtaininternationalacceptance.Itsuggeststhatanopenworkmodeshouldbeadoptedandshouldtelltherelatedcountriesorregionsabo
