1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)晉煤集團(tuán)古書院礦2.4Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)V畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)設(shè)計(jì)總說明一般部分針對(duì)山西古書院礦井進(jìn)行了井型為2.4Mt/a的新井設(shè)計(jì)。古書院礦井位于安山西晉城市境內(nèi),面積約24km2。主采煤層為3#、15#煤層,3#煤層平均傾角4°,平均厚度4.0m;15#煤層平均傾角4°,平均厚度2.0m。井田工業(yè)儲(chǔ)量為214.36Mt,可采儲(chǔ)量166.43Mt,礦井服務(wù)年限為53.34a。礦井正常涌水量為333.3m3/h,最大涌水量為375m3/h;礦井相對(duì)瓦斯涌出量為5m3/t,屬低瓦斯礦井。根據(jù)井田地質(zhì)條件,設(shè)計(jì)采用雙斜井單水平開拓方式,井田采用全帶區(qū)式布置方式,共劃分
2、為八個(gè)帶區(qū),軌道大巷布置在巖層中、膠帶機(jī)大巷都布置在巖層中。礦井通風(fēng)方式采用兩翼對(duì)角式通風(fēng)。針對(duì)南一帶區(qū)進(jìn)行了帶區(qū)準(zhǔn)備方式設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行了運(yùn)煤、通風(fēng)、運(yùn)料、排矸、供電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。針對(duì)3101工作面進(jìn)行了采煤工藝設(shè)計(jì)。該工作面煤層平均厚度為4.00m,平均傾角4°,直接頂為泥巖,老頂為砂巖。工作面采用一次采全高綜采采煤法。采用雙滾筒采煤機(jī)割煤,往返一次割兩刀。采用“四六制”工作制度,截深0.8m,每天六個(gè)循環(huán),循環(huán)進(jìn)尺4.8m,月推進(jìn)度144m。大巷采用膠帶輸送機(jī)運(yùn)煤,輔助運(yùn)輸采用無軌膠輪車。專題部分題目為《煤礦頂板事故淺析》,通過對(duì)中國煤礦頂板事故的統(tǒng)計(jì)、煤礦頂板事故分類與煤礦工作面頂板事故規(guī)律分
