1、WXQM-4-2L臥式行星球磨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)摘要：現(xiàn)代科技在現(xiàn)在的社會(huì)正在不斷地發(fā)展著，每所高校、研究所或者是各行各業(yè)都在不斷地開發(fā)并且應(yīng)用新的材質(zhì)。但是不管是想要讓它的性能提升，還是研究它的組成部分，都需要將它研磨的更加細(xì)小、更加均勻。臥式行星球磨機(jī)在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮了重要的作用。在這個(gè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中，先計(jì)算了行星式球磨機(jī)主要的參數(shù)，球磨罐的內(nèi)徑和內(nèi)高、進(jìn)出料的粒度、公轉(zhuǎn)與自轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)速比、球磨罐的轉(zhuǎn)速和電動(dòng)機(jī)的選型等。整體設(shè)計(jì)的主要傳動(dòng)方式是齒輪傳動(dòng)，選用的是圓柱斜齒輪傳動(dòng)，由于是行星式球磨機(jī)，行星齒輪傳動(dòng)與常規(guī)的齒輪傳動(dòng)不同，在行星齒輪傳動(dòng)中有一個(gè)固定不動(dòng)的惰輪，與之嚙合的四個(gè)行星齒輪均繞著它旋轉(zhuǎn)。軸的
2、設(shè)計(jì)與校核也是整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的一大重要部分，主要的軸有兩根，一根是固定在箱體上的中心軸，主要承載彎矩力；另一跟是轉(zhuǎn)軸，傳遞齒輪傳動(dòng)傳遞過來的力。文章中最大的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)就是連續(xù)化進(jìn)出料，一般的臥式行星球磨機(jī)都是非連續(xù)化的，我在進(jìn)出口處進(jìn)行了改動(dòng)，加了進(jìn)出料的裝置，使得物料能在風(fēng)壓的作用下連續(xù)不斷的進(jìn)入到球磨罐內(nèi)，被粉磨后的粉末也能在風(fēng)壓的作用下連續(xù)吹出球磨罐，實(shí)現(xiàn)了連續(xù)化。關(guān)鍵詞：行星式；齒輪；連續(xù)化；球磨機(jī)鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書2016DesignofWXQM-4-2LhorizontalplanetarymillAbstract:Modernscienceandtechnologyisco
