1、摘要隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和競爭的激烈化，企業(yè)已經(jīng)越來越重視營運(yùn)資金的管理。營運(yùn)資金管理作為財務(wù)管理的重要組成部分，可以說在很大程度上反應(yīng)了整個企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理水平，也是企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。特別是近幾年的金融危機(jī)更加顯現(xiàn)出營運(yùn)資金管理的重要性。本文首先簡單介紹了營運(yùn)資金管理的研究背景，回顧了營運(yùn)資金管理的國內(nèi)外研究成果，相比較國外系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)的研究體系，我國研究起步較晚，缺乏整體系統(tǒng)的研究。為了提高營運(yùn)資金管理效率，進(jìn)行營運(yùn)資金整體研究不可或缺。繼而對營運(yùn)資金管理的一些基本概念進(jìn)行簡單的闡釋，詳細(xì)敘述了營運(yùn)資金管理的內(nèi)容，比如說現(xiàn)金管理，應(yīng)收賬款管理，存貨管理等。然后重點(diǎn)總結(jié)了我
2、國企業(yè)營運(yùn)資金管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，比如說營運(yùn)資金不足、營運(yùn)資金運(yùn)營效率低、營運(yùn)資金內(nèi)部管理弱化、信貸資金比重大等問題。最后根據(jù)這些問題提出一些解決對策，即擴(kuò)寬融資渠道，增強(qiáng)融資能力；將營運(yùn)資金管理貫穿于企業(yè)運(yùn)行的全過程；充分利用商業(yè)信用等，列舉了一些加強(qiáng)營運(yùn)資金管理的具體措施。關(guān)鍵詞：營運(yùn)資金，營運(yùn)資金管理，問題研究VIABSTRACTWiththerapidsocial-economicdevelopmentandfiercecompetition,companieshavebeenincreasingemphasisonworkingcapitalmanagement
