1、瀕危植物縉云衛(wèi)矛不同種群的種子萌發(fā)研究第43卷第5期2007年5月林業(yè)科學(xué)SCIENnASILVAESINICAEVo1.43,No.5May,2007瀕危植物縉云衛(wèi)矛不同種群的種子萌發(fā)研究*胡世俊何平王瑞波方興(西南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院三峽庫(kù)區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室重慶400715)摘要:選取重慶特有瀕危植物縉云衛(wèi)矛7個(gè)相互間有不同程度空間隔離的種群,對(duì)其種子萌發(fā)特征進(jìn)行研究.結(jié)果表明:7個(gè)種群的種子在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下萌發(fā)率差異極顯著,種子萌發(fā)率與所處種群的大小呈極相關(guān),大種群與小種群的種子萌發(fā)率差異達(dá)極顯著水
2、平,而各種群的種子萌發(fā)率與其所處生境的土壤因子相關(guān)性不顯著.各種群的平均種子質(zhì)量與種群大小及土壤條件均無(wú)關(guān),說(shuō)明種群平均種子質(zhì)量是一個(gè)較為穩(wěn)定的不易受影響的參數(shù).小種群低萌發(fā)率的主要原因可能是由于近交衰退帶來(lái)遺傳多樣性的喪失引起的,而不是環(huán)境因素的影響.研究表明:要長(zhǎng)期保護(hù)這些小種群,應(yīng)將種群統(tǒng)計(jì)因素與種群遺傳因素結(jié)合起來(lái)考慮,增加種群中個(gè)體數(shù)目,擴(kuò)大種群,提高種子萌發(fā)率,促進(jìn)種群更新,才能有效地維持這些小種群的生存發(fā)展.關(guān)鍵詞:種子萌發(fā);隔離種群;瀕危植物;縉云衛(wèi)矛中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):$718.54文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A
