1、ZrO2/SiC-MoSi2納米復(fù)合陶瓷制備中納米顆粒的均勻分散研究學(xué)生姓名:班級:指導(dǎo)老師:×××摘要:在納米復(fù)合陶瓷中,納米顆粒必須均勻分散在亞微米基體中,才有可能在燒結(jié)過程中均勻長大,避免因過分長大而失去其特有的增韌作用。而納米顆粒的團(tuán)聚是造成納米顆粒過分長大的主要原因。因此,怎樣更好的使納米顆粒均勻分散是制備優(yōu)良納米復(fù)合陶瓷的關(guān)鍵。本文采用多相懸浮混合法,對ZrO2/SiC-MoSi2復(fù)合材料制備過程中納米SiC和ZrO2顆粒均勻分布在基質(zhì)MoSi2中的分散工藝進(jìn)行了研究。以水和無水乙醇為分散介質(zhì),以PEG、PAA-NH4和PMAA-NH4作為分散劑分別對納米SiC和
2、ZrO2進(jìn)行分散實(shí)驗(yàn)。同時(shí)研究了SiC納米顆粒的表面預(yù)處理工藝對其分散性的影響。Zeta電位測試和沉降實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用550℃、2h的煅燒工藝處理納米SiC可有效改善其分散性。使用水作為分散介質(zhì)的分散效果均比乙醇好。ZrO2在分散劑為PAA-NH4,SiC在分散劑為PMAA-NH4時(shí)的分散效果最好。各種分散劑的加入量為0.2wt%時(shí)的分散效果最好。SEM結(jié)果表明通過以上最佳分散工藝得到的ZrO2/SiC-MoSi2復(fù)合粉體的均勻性較好。關(guān)鍵詞:分散納米SiC顆粒納米ZrO2顆粒MoSi2指導(dǎo)老師簽名:南昌航空大學(xué)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告版本:0.1.1Studiesontheunifo
